Gail Mazer has a diverse work experience that spans several decades. Starting in 1960, they worked as a fine artist specializing in Western Heritage artwork and horse portraiture. Then in 1972, they became involved with Jay-Hill Repairs from its conception, where they handled various responsibilities such as designing literature, logos, and show booths. In February 2004, they began working full time as an Operations Director and Customer Service Manager, assisting the President in various matters.

Gail Mazer completed their education from 1964 to 1968 at Moore College of Art and Design. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in illustration with a focus on illustration and advertising.
