Kyle Eskew

Kyle Eskew is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in management, leadership, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Manager at Jayhawk Cafe since November 2021, Kyle oversees over 180 weekly employees, manages daily operations, and implements marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement. As Vice President of Gamma Iota Sigma from August 2023 to September 2024, Kyle played a key role in establishing a new chapter at the University of Kansas and participated in a regional conference for official chartering. Additionally, Kyle has coaching experience with around 200 children and young adults at Mission Hills Country Club during summer sessions and gained exposure to the commercial insurance field as an intern at Gallagher. Previous experience also includes serving as Recruitment Chairman for the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Kyle is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance at The University of Kansas, expected to graduate in 2025, following a diploma from Rockhurst High School, Class of 2021.
