Ammar Yasir Syed

Ammar Yasir Syed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and process management, currently serving as a QA & Process Management Expert at Jazz since December 2014, after previously holding the role of Process Management Expert since April 2014. Ammar's responsibilities include analyzing performance through call and task evaluations, training new team members, conducting daily refreshers for support staff, counseling underperforming agents, and optimizing processes for enhanced customer experience.
