Fawad Haider

Fawad Haider has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Fawad started their career as a Service Engineer at Digital Communications (Pvt.) Ltd. in 1994. Fawad then worked as an Assistant Engineer at Paktel from 1995 to 1996. In 1998, they joined Shell Pakistan as a Planning Analyst. From 1999 to 2005, they served as the AVP Consumer Marketing at WOL Telecom. Fawad then worked as the GM Marketing at NADRA from 2005 to 2006. Fawad then joined Wateen Telecom as the Product Marketing Head for various services until 2009. Fawad then became the Head of Strategy at Warid Telecom from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, Fawad joined Transworld as the Head of Marketing. Finally, they worked at Jazz, first as the Director of Strategy and Business Development from 2012 to 2016, and then as the Vice President, Head of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Strategic Projects starting from 2017.

Fawad Haider has a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunication from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar, which they obtained between 1990 and 1994. Fawad also holds an MBA degree in Marketing and Finance from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, which they completed between 1996 and 1998.
