Prior to this role, Osama Alam worked at Cyber Internet Service Provider (Pvt) Ltd. from January 1997 to February 2008 as the Manager of Customer Support, leading a nationwide Contact Center team of 120 engineers in providing LAN/WAN and Internet connectivity support to both B2B and B2C customers. Osama Alam holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems from Indus University, completed between 2008 and 2010.
