Shafak Malik has a diverse work experience in the telecommunication industry. Shafak started their career at Warid Telecom in 2005 as a Client Relations Officer in the CS Operations Team. Shafak then worked as a Training and Development Specialist from 2008 to 2014 at the same company. In 2015, they joined Warid Telecom as an Assistant Manager in Training Development.
