Amar Gor

Amar Gor is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Director of Process Development Engineering at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since January 2020, where Amar leads the design and commissioning of a large DP facility in Kent. Prior experience at Sanofi includes roles such as Commercial Design Lead, Portfolio and Capital Investment Manager, Head of Development Projects, Head of Engineering, and Head of Manufacturing Technical Support, contributing to various manufacturing and quality initiatives and managing significant capital investment programs. Previously, Amar held positions at Merck as Technical Operations Manager, Engineering Team Leader, and Project Engineer, and began a career at GlaxoSmithKline as a Production & Commissioning Engineer. Amar holds a BEng in Chemical Engineering from Aston University.
