Diana Y Chan

Diana Y Chan, CPA, is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Executive Director of Taxation at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since January 2013, Diana has progressed through various roles including Tax Senior Director and Tax Director. Prior to Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Diana held the position of Tax Senior Manager at Yahoo! from December 2010 to January 2013 and worked as a Tax Manager at Deloitte from June 2004 to December 2010. Diana began the career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Tax Intern in Spring 2004. Academic qualifications include a BA in Economics and Molecular & Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
