Emily Thompsett

Emily Thompsett is a Process Development Engineer MS&T at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since March 2023, with previous roles including Process Engineer and Principal Associate Pharmaceutical Development Scientist. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate Research & Development Scientist at GW Pharmaceuticals from June 2019 to March 2023 and undertaking a secondment as a Process Development Engineer in the Manufacturing Technical Support Group at Jazz Pharmaceuticals from June to December 2022. Notable achievements during this time include leading a GMP campaign involving cross-departmental collaboration to produce material for clinical studies and performing compliance activities. Emily also has experience as a Chemical Engineering Undergraduate in Chemical R&D at Pfizer, focusing on experiments and computational models for chemical reactions. Emily Thompsett holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath, attained in 2019, and graduated from Invicta Grammar School in 2014.
