Karen Tse

Karen Tse is an experienced pharmacologist currently serving as Associate Director of Pharmacology at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since June 2023. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions at GW Pharmaceuticals plc, including Senior Manager and Associate Principal Preclinical Pharmacologist, managing pre-clinical projects from concept to clinical trial preparation. Karen's background includes significant experience as a Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca, where expertise in CNS safety pharmacology and candidate selection for Phase 1 clinical trials was developed. Academic credentials include a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Toxicology from the University of Birmingham.
