Sarah McMahon

Sarah McMahon is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Business Unit Head for Sleep at Jazz Pharmaceuticals since January 2016. McMahon's career includes key positions such as Vice President of Global Product and Portfolio Strategy, where responsibilities included leading the global product team for Epidiolex and overseeing franchise strategies for Neuroscience and Oncology. Prior to Jazz Pharmaceuticals, McMahon worked for AstraZeneca in various roles, including Asia Pacific Regional Marketing Director, and played a significant role in the global commercial leadership of Farxiga. Earlier experience at GlaxoWellcome involved leading medical strategy and communications in the Metabolic, Cardiovascular, and Oncology sectors. McMahon holds a PhD from the University of Leeds and a BS in Physiology from the University of Aberdeen.
