Akhter Malik

Akhter Malik is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in operations and technical management. Currently serving as the Regional Technical Head for the North region at JAZZ since January 2016, Akhter also holds the position of Director and Regional Technical Head at Mobilink, which has been since June 2009. In these roles, Akhter oversees regional operations, focusing on Access Network operations, Frequency Optimization, Fiber Optic Operations, and Support Management. With a history of managing timely implementation of 2G/3G network rollouts, collaboration with sales and customer care teams, and addressing capacity and coverage issues, Akhter has extensive experience in the industry. Akhter earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Oregon State University, an MBA from SZABIST, and completed foundational education at Government College of Science and FG Public School.
