Muhammad Noman Butt

Muhammad Noman Butt is a telecommunications expert with extensive experience in core network operations and value-added services. Currently serving as an Expert in HLR & VAS Operations at Jazz since October 2023, Muhammad leads the operations and maintenance of core network products while ensuring optimal network performance. Prior experience includes working as an HLR expert at Nokia, where responsibilities encompassed KPI reporting and incident management, and as a Core Network Manager at ZTE Corporation, overseeing critical operations for Telenor projects. Additional roles at NETKOM and Interglobe Commerce involved network engineering and project management tasks. Muhammad holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical (Computer) Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology.
