Mya Thinzar Aung

Mya Thinzar Aung, also known as Monica, is an experienced professional in the fields of talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Regional Consultant for JB Hired, where the focus is on securing senior-level talents across the APAC and Middle East regions for high-growth tech companies and consulting firms. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development Specialist at Royal De Heus, a Human Resources Assistant at PwC, and various positions at MyJobs Myanmar, including Recruitment Consultant and Resource Solution Executive. Mya also worked as a Sales Marketing Executive for AVIAREPS Myanmar representing HK Express Airline and started the career as an HR Assistant at Huawei Technologies. Mya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Yangon University of Distance Education, completed between 2012 and 2016.
