Tammy Flaxman

Tammy Flaxman is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and retail buying, currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Executive at JBC since January 2023. Prior to this role, Tammy held a similar position at the agency worX from July 2021 to January 2023. Tammy brings extensive experience from the retail sector, including serving as Senior Buyer at Calvin Klein and US Polo Association, where responsibilities included managing multi-million dollar divisions and driving sales growth. Earlier positions at INTERMIX, Caché, and Spiegel allowed Tammy to develop strong expertise in buying, planning, and merchandise management. Tammy holds a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising from Buffalo State University and has further education from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
