Tania Idjadi

Tania Idjadi has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 2000 as a Showroom Coordinator/Account Executive at Max Studio. Tania then worked as a Senior Account Executive at French Closet from 2008 to 2011. Following that, Tania joined The Jonas Group as a Senior Search Consultant from 2011 to 2015. Tania then moved on to Janou Pakter Global Executive Search, where they held various roles including Director of Executive Search from 2015 to 2018, Senior Director of Executive Search from 2018 to 2020, and ultimately Vice President of Executive Search. Tania's most recent role is as the Vice President of Executive Search at Janou Pakter within JBCHoldings, a Global Consumer Search Practice.

Tania Idjadi attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2001. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography.
