Steven A. Museles

Steven A. Museles is the Chief Legal Officer at JBG SMITH. Prior to that, they were a Director at Revolution Acceleration Aquisition Corp from December 2020 to July 2021, and the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, EVP Corporate Strategy at AlliancePartners from August 2013 to March 2017. At AlliancePartners, they were responsible for private equity raises, partnership transactions with agent lenders, credit facilities, collateral management arrangements with institutional investors, investment advisor compliance, bank regulatory matters, employment and general corporate law matters.

Steven A. Museles is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where they earned their JD in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. Steven also holds a BA in English from the University of Virginia. Steven is certified by the District of Columbia Bar and the Maryland State Bar.
