Tisha V.

Tisha V. has extensive work experience in various administrative and project coordination roles. Tisha currently works at JBG SMITH as a Project Coordinator in Construction Management for Existing Assets since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Service Manager for Parking Services at the same company from December 2021 to May 2022. Tisha also worked as a Project Coordinator in Commercial Property Management from January 2020 to November 2021 and as an Administrative Assistant in Commercial Property Management from March 2019 to January 2020 at JBG SMITH.

Before joining JBG SMITH, Tisha worked at RCLCO Real Estate Advisors as a Senior Administrative Assistant in Institutional Advisory Services from May 2016 to January 2019. Tisha also worked at Clark Enterprises, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant in Real Estate Asset Management from July 2014 to May 2016.

Tisha's earlier work experience includes roles at YoKid... Stretch Your Limits as an Events Coordinator from May 2012 to January 2014, at AIDS United as an Associate Program Director in the Team to End AIDS (T2) program from February 2011 to December 2012, at the National AIDS Marathon Training Program as a Program Manager from April 2004 to August 2006, and at Rosen Realty Group as an Executive Assistant from August 2000 to December 2003.

Tisha V. completed their education in a diverse range of fields. Tisha first pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Anthropology at Pacific Lutheran University from 1989 to 1993. Later, they went on to The City College of New York, where they completed Graduate Studies in Landscape Architecture from 2006 to 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Tisha V. obtained a Real Estate Salesperson certification from the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) in September 2017. Following that, they obtained a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Associate certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in January 2020. Most recently, in June 2021, they became a Fitwel Ambassador through the Fitwel Certification System.

Looking ahead, Tisha V. is set to pursue a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Construction Management at Louisiana State University, starting in 2023 and finishing in 2024.
