Maddie Barrett

Maddie Barrett is currently serving as a Media & Communications Officer at UC Aerospace and a Student Ambassador for JBL Professional, while also being a Board Member for 180 Degrees Consulting Canterbury. Maddie is pursuing a Bachelor of Communications in Communication Strategy and Practice at the University of Canterbury, having previously earned a Bachelor of Product Design with a focus on Applied Immersive Game Design. Maddie's experience includes consulting for 180 Degrees Consulting and participating in the Girl Boss Advantage Internship at Fletcher Building, aimed at mentoring young women in the industry. An alumna of St Cuthbert's College, Maddie completed NCEA Level 3 and attended Outward Bound New Zealand, where valuable skills were acquired during a transformative three-week course.
