Hari Kameswaran

Hari Kameswaran has extensive experience in HR Shared Services, with a current role as Head of HR Shared Services at JBM Group since July 2021, where foundational processes for Payroll, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Data Management were established. Prior to this, Kameswaran held the position of DGM HR Shared Services at Fortis Healthcare from November 2019 to June 2021, overseeing HR operations for 20,000 employees. Kameswaran's earlier roles include Senior Manager HR Shared Services at Hinduja Tech Limited and HR Specialist at Nokia, with a career spanning nearly two decades in HR. Kameswaran holds two MBA degrees in Human Resources Management from the University of Madras and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics.
