Manish Upadhyaya has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management within the automotive and engineering sectors. Currently serving as COO TOOLINGS at JBM Group since February 2024, Manish has previously held significant leadership roles, including Plant Director at Gestamp overseeing two plants with P&L responsibility, and Business Head (Vice President) at JBM Group, managing six plants with a turnover of 900 crore across various sectors including four-wheelers and railways. Manish's career spans over two decades, beginning at Tata Motors as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, with progressive roles in companies such as Caparo Engineering India Ltd, Delphi Automotive, JCB India Ltd, and Whirlpool of India Ltd, showcasing expertise in manufacturing engineering, plant operations, business development, and project management. Manish holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Trichy, specializing in CAD/CAM, machine design, and welding.
