Mukesh Gautam

Mukesh Gautam is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Head of the Engineering Department at JBM Group since August 2023, focusing on NCR plants. Prior to this role, Mukesh was a Senior Manager responsible for EV and export marketing at KAM-HMCL and also held the position of Key Account Manager. Mukesh's previous experience includes serving as the Head of Business Development at Metalman Auto Private Limited, where responsibilities included generating RFQs, customer negotiations, and market mapping. Additionally, Mukesh worked as Head of Section at Senior Flexonics, managing product feasibility and process finalization, and as Sr Engineer R&D at Krishna Maruti Ltd, overseeing tubular and wire domains. Education includes an MBA in Operations and Marketing from YMCA University of Science and Technology and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Maharishi Dayanand University.
