Richard White

Richard L. White is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor licensed in the State of Florida. He has over forty years of experience serving as project manager on typical boundary survey projects ranging from small lots and complete subdivisions to large acreage tracts. He has experience managing most major forms of surveying on high-value commercial projects as well as Ordinary High Water and Mean High Water Surveys. Richard also has an extensive background in providing expert testimony in a variety of court cases including boundary litigation, eminent domain, accidents and contractual cases.

Mr. White brought his firm, Broward Davis and Assoc., Inc., which has served the Tallahassee, Florida area since 1957 to join with JBPro in February 2022. With this new alliance, JBPro and Richard look forward to continuing to provide excellent service to all of North and Central Florida from the offices in Tallahassee, Gainesville and St Augustine.
