Chris Grancagnolo

Chris Grancagnolo is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience leading HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at JBS International, Inc., since 2021, Chris strategically oversees talent management, employee relations, benefits, and organizational design. Previously, Chris held senior HR leadership roles at Suburban Hospital and Tower Hill Insurance Group, focusing on harmonization with Johns Hopkins Medicine and managing HR operations across multiple facilities, respectively. Chris's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Time Warner Cable as a Senior Manager, providing enterprise-wide HR support, and roles at The Estée Lauder Companies and Avis Budget Group. Chris holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources/Labor Relations and Bachelor's and Associate's Degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology.
