Andrea Yui has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as Imports Sales at JBS since July 2024. Prior to this role, Andrea held the position of Sales Director for the West Coast at Grass Fed Foods from August 2023 to July 2024. Andrea also contributed to the success of Richards Ranch Meats, Inc. as the Director of Marketing & Revenue from July 2021 to January 2023. As Co-Founder and Brand Director of OSSO Carniceria & Salumeria from April 2013 to March 2021, Andrea played a pivotal role in establishing the brand. Andrea's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Le Cordon Bleu Perú (2013-2017) and a degree in Business Management & Marketing from FIDM (2005-2007).
