Chelsea Balchikonis

Chelsea Balchikonis has significant experience in sales insights, analytics, and supply chain management. Currently, Chelsea serves as the Manager of Sales Insights & Analytics at Harris Freeman & Co since October 2018, previously holding the position of Sales Analyst. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Green Coffee Buyer at Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA, where Chelsea managed analysis and procurement processes for over 190 million pounds of coffee annually. Chelsea has also excelled in various roles at ConocoPhillips, contributing to strategic category management and contract negotiations. Early career experience includes internships in materials management, distribution planning, and rail fleet asset management. Chelsea holds an MBA from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
