Víctor Flores

Víctor Flores has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Víctor began their career as a Finance Planning Analyst at GSK, where they had the opportunity to strengthen their core values and contribute to their professional growth. After that, they worked as a Strategic Finance Planning Manager, where they consolidated the regional budget process and learned to align their actions with corporate strategy. Víctor then served as a Senior Demand Planning/Forecasting, Supply Chain & Quality Manager, optimizing working capital and gaining exposure to different areas of the business. As the Finance Controller LATAM, they led the financial planning and analysis of the entire LATAM region and fostered a culture of disciplined spending. Later, they became a Finance Business Controller & PMO, supporting the integration of multiple lines of business and enhancing efficiency. Most recently, they served as the CFO at JBS. Throughout their career, Víctor Flores has achieved impressive results, including surpassing profit targets, improving operating profit ratio, and optimizing working capital.

Víctor Flores obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from IE Business School in 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance at Universidad Panamericana from 1992 to 1997.
