Joe Carnival

Joe Carnival has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, most notably serving as Head of HR Administration and Global Projects at JBS USA from April 2012 to April 2023. In this role, Joe oversaw executive pay, payroll administration, and managed HR operations for 75,000 staff across the U.S. and Canada, implementing significant initiatives such as paperless pay systems and advanced applicant tracking technologies. Previously, Joe held leadership positions at Level 3 Communications, where responsibilities included directing workforce analytics and HR service operations. Additional experience includes serving as a Trustee for the Town of Erie and academic qualifications from Regis University and the University of Northern Colorado, culminating in a Master’s degree in Management & Organizational Leadership.
