Troy Peper

Troy Peper currently serves as the Head of FSQA at JBS USA, a position held since March 2018. Prior to this role, Troy was the Director of FSQA at Monogram Foods from March 2016 to March 2018, overseeing quality assurance, food safety, microbiology, and document control within the frozen food division across multiple plants. Troy's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Cargill Kitchen Solutions from June 2004 to February 2016, where responsibilities included general management of plant operations within the egg division, leading a team of approximately 285 stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence. Earlier roles at Cargill encompassed positions in quality assurance management and supervision, focusing on compliance with GMPs, HACCP plans, and coordination with regulatory agencies. Troy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Louisiana Tech University, awarded in 1994.
