Olga V. Díaz-Torres, MA

Olga V. Díaz-Torres, MA has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2009. Olga V. began their career at JC Automation as an HR Manager and later became an HR Specialist and Recruiter. In their role as HR Specialist, they monitored the Corporate Strategic Plan, developed and managed departments metrics, and managed employee relations. As a Recruiter, they led the Recruitment Team in the process of identifying, engaging, and holding exceptional talent to the company, and also developed HR policies and procedures and orientation trainings. In 2009, Olga began working at ODS, Inc. as an Organization Development Consultant. In 2010, they began working at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus as a Research Assistant, and at the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Sciences as a Research Assistant on a NIDA-funded national study.

Olga V. Díaz-Torres, MA obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Universidad de Puerto Rico in 2013. Olga V. also obtained a BA in Psicología General from the same university in 2008. In 2019, they obtained a Leadership in John Maxwell Methodology certification from Samuel Clavell. Olga V. is currently enrolled in a Seminario and has obtained certifications in Administración de Recursos Humanos from Training Resources Group, Inc. and OSHA 10 hrs. from Save-A-Life.
