James Whiting

James Whiting has extensive experience in legal entity rationalization and restructuring. James currently holds the position of Managing Director at JC Consulting Partners Limited since January 2019. Prior to this, they served as a Programme Director at Cushman & Wakefield from July 2017 to November 2018, overseeing the successful merger of 5 trading entities across EMEA. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Head of Legal Entity Rationalization at HSBC, where they led a global legal entity rationalization program resulting in significant cost savings. James Whiting spent over 12 years at Ernst & Young as an Assistant Director, managing high-profile legal entity rationalization programs in various industries including pharmaceuticals. Notably, they led a program for a global pharmaceutical conglomerate, eliminating 180 legal entities from 50 jurisdictions.

James Whiting attended Coopers Company & Coborn School from 1994 to 2001. James obtained the certification of Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants from ACCA in 2005. James also earned a certification in PRINCE 2 Project Management from APMG-International, but the year of achievement is unknown.
