Thomas Harding

Thomas Harding, CFA has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Thomas currently holds the position of Managing Director at J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC since February 2015. In addition, they serve as a Member of the Board of Directors at Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC, Island Finance LLC, and Fairstone Financial, Inc., where they joined in 2018, 2017, and 2017 respectively. Prior to these roles, Thomas worked as a Vice President at Merrill Lynch from 2008 to 2015, where they started as an Associate in 2008. Thomas also gained experience as a Summer Associate at both Merrill Lynch and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in 2007 and 2006 respectively. Thomas began their career as a Clerk at the Southern District of New York in 2005. Thomas has also completed internships at La Asociación por los Derechos Civiles and Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office in 2005 and 2003 respectively.

Thomas Harding, CFA completed their education with a BA degree in English Literature, along with minors in History and Philosophy at Swarthmore College from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended The Park School of Baltimore from 1990 to 1999, where they did not earn a specific degree or study a specific field. Subsequently, Thomas pursued a comprehensive legal education at Columbia Law School, earning a JD degree specializing in Law from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they attended Columbia Business School and obtained an MBA with a focus on Finance from 2006 to 2008.
