Michael Wiese

Michael Wiese has extensive experience in retail sales and human resources management, currently serving as the Retail Sales Manager at JC Licht since August 2019. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an HR Manager for Robotic Process Automation at Kaiser Permanente from August 2013 to March 2018, where responsibilities included managing Blue Prism and overseeing HR content related to benefits and leaves of absence. Additional roles include Pension Supervisor at UFCW and Employer's Trust Fund from July 2011 to August 2013, Customer Service Supervisor at Medco Health from July 2008 to July 2009, and Telerecruitment Team Manager at the American Red Cross, Central Ohio Region from June 2004 to July 2008. Michael holds two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Business Forensics from Franklin University and another in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
