Sarah Olsen has over a decade of experience in customer service and vocal coaching. Since January 2018, Sarah has been employed at JC Licht as both a Customer Service Representative and Design Consultant. In addition, Sarah has been a Vocal Coach at a Private Voice Studio since September 2010, where responsibilities include creatively planning individualized study programs, conducting organized lesson plans, and enhancing students' vocal quality and technique. Sarah is currently pursuing a degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected to graduate in December 2024, and is a graduate of Glenbard North High School, class of 2006.
