Debra Goehring, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Debra currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at JC Resorts since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite from June 2021 to April 2023. Debra also worked at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite as a Human Resources Manager from January 2020 to June 2020, and as an HR Generalist from July 2015 to January 2020.

Before entering the field of human resources, Debra worked as a House Improvement Specialist at Goehring Home Designs from 1999 to 2015. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks such as scouting, buying, and rehabbing residential properties, overseeing construction and remodeling projects, and hiring subcontractors. Additionally, they showcased their skills as a decorative painter and built custom children's furniture.

Debra Goehring, SHRM - CP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in International Business from California State University, Chico. In February 2019, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
