Ian Coleman

Ian Coleman has over 25 years of experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Director at JCA Engineering since January 2017, Ian previously held the position of National Director Specialist Services at Mitie Technical Facilities Management Ltd, where Ian successfully managed the merger of six businesses to establish the Specialist Services brand. Ian's extensive background includes leading operations in the Southern Region for Mitie, overseeing M&E hard services and project delivery, as well as serving as Contracts Manager at Mitie Engineering Maintenance SE Ltd. Ian's career began in the Royal Navy, where Ian held the role of Chief Petty Officer Marine Engineering Artificer, responsible for marine plant operations and maintenance. Ian possesses a BTEC National Diploma and A.S.E.E. Diploma in Engineering Management, specializing in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
