Charles Rhodes

Charles Rhodes is an experienced professional in lean management and training, currently serving as Senior Trainer for the JCB Production System since September 2013. Prior roles include Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator at JCB Excavators Ltd and Lean Expert at Airbus, where significant contributions were made to lean transformation initiatives across multiple sites. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Consultant at Alexander-ecc and Lean Consultant at RWD Technologies, with notable achievements such as leading a substantial Jishuken activity at VELUX and developing an internal KPI tree at BAE Systems. Charles began a lengthy tenure at Toyota in 1992, where extensive training in Japan culminated in a leadership role within the Paintshop and later in training. Educational background includes completion of studies at Westwood High School from 1980 to 1984.
