Ludia Lei

Ludia Lei has over 15 years of experience in various HR and administrative roles. Ludia started their career as an Admin Officer at Hua Xin International Corporation in 2000 and then moved on to become an HR & Office Manager at Flint Group-Xsys Print Solutions Shanghai in 2003. After that, they served as an HR Director at Speck Design, Ltd from 2009 to 2012. Ludia Lei then joined B+H Consulting International Inc as an HR Manager for their China office, where they worked until 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR for JCB China, a role they have held since 2015.

Ludia Lei completed a Certification in International Human Resource Director Course from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they obtained another Certification in HR Management from Melbourne Holmesglen National Institute in Australia in 2008-2009. Their earliest documented education was a Bachelor of Economic degree from Zhongnan Nationality University, completed between 1995-1999.
