Nigel Weston is an experienced Design Manager and Principal Engineer currently employed at JCB since September 2006, contributing to the development of Next-Generation Mini and Midi Excavators and utilizing Siemens NX and Teamcentre PLM Package. Previously, Nigel held various engineering positions including Senior Design Engineer and Design Engineer, and began with a Modern Advanced Apprenticeship as a Toolmaker, becoming proficient in milling techniques. Since January 2016, Nigel has also worked as a Motorcycle Race Technician with G&S Racing, providing trackside support and preparing motorcycles for British Championship competitions. Prior experiences include a similar role at TAG Racing from August 2014 to December 2015. Nigel's educational background consists of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Foundation Degree from the University of Derby, along with HND qualifications from the University of Staffordshire.
