Steve Yates

Steve Yates is a highly experienced Senior Design Engineer with a specialized focus on heavy machinery and motorsport engineering. Currently employed at JCB Heavy Products since May 2011, Steve has developed expertise in designing sales specials for heavy line machines, including long reach booms and demolition rigs. Previous roles include Design Engineer positions at Dennis Eagle Ltd and Vepro Ltd, where responsibilities involved the design and procurement of machinery for major clients like Caterpillar. Steve's background also includes externals design at Rolls-Royce, motorsport engineering at British American Racing, and defense engineering for the UK Ministry of Defence.
