Eric Poniatowski

Eric Poniatowski is an experienced professional with a strong background in employee experience coordination, aquatics management, and grant administration. Currently serving as Employee Experience Coordinator at Evergreen Health since September 2022, Eric previously held multiple roles at the JCC of Greater Buffalo from 2004, including Aquatics Director, where responsibilities included managing a large team and coordinating swim programs for hundreds of students. Over the years, Eric also worked at the University at Buffalo, where roles included Grant & Finance Manager and Instructor of Urban Planning, handling significant grant portfolios and engaging students in community discussions. Prior experience includes administrative roles at Blue Sky Design Supply and adjunct teaching at the University at Buffalo. Educational credentials include a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from the University at Buffalo in Urban Planning and Environmental Design, respectively.
