Matt McSorley

Matt McSorley has over 10 years of experience in various roles, primarily focused on operations and leadership. Matt is currently working as a Senior Director of Operations at JCC of Mid-Westchester. Prior to this, they served as a Consultant at McSorley Consulting, where they collaborated with Peace Corps Virtual Service to support NGOs abroad and advised tech startups on product development and implementation. Matt also provided support to healthcare providers for front office needs. Additionally, they worked as the Network Director of IT Operations at Hebrew Public Charter Schools, leading infrastructure projects and implementing new platforms. Matt has a background in education, having worked as a Principal at Success Academy Charter Schools and as an Associate Director of Regional Operations. Matt also served as a Director of Operations at PAVE Schools, where they optimized operations processes and directed a successful human resources turnaround. Earlier in their career, Matt worked as a Project Manager at Peace Corps, establishing facilities and developing trainings for NGOs. Matt also gained experience in political campaign management as a Program Manager at Jennifer Brunner Committee for U.S. Senate. Throughout their career, Matt has shown strong leadership abilities and a focus on process improvement and strategic planning.

Matt McSorley completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 2020 to 2022. Matt also obtained a Certificate in the Transformational Leadership Program from the same institution. Prior to that, Matt pursued a M.S.Ed. in Counseling Psychology at Indiana University Bloomington. Matt holds a B.S. degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Wittenberg University.
