Karen Kronenberg

Karen Kronenberg, MA, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at the Jewish Community Council of Greater Coney Island (JCCGCI) since June 2023. Prior to this role, Karen was the Director of People Operations at Yeled V'Yalda from January 2008 to June 2023. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Professor in the Business, Management, and Finance Department at Brooklyn College from January 2005 to December 2015, and holding various human resources positions at Zenith and PaineWebber (Currently UBS) in the late 1990s. Karen began a career in human resources with an internship at Sony Pictures Entertainment in early 1999. Educationally, Karen holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a BA in Psychology from Brooklyn College.
