Thierry Raulin has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice-President Human Resources for France and International HR projects at JCDecaux since September 2006. Prior to this role, Thierry held the position of DO Supermarchés at Carrefour Turkey from January 2005 to September 2006, and various HR leadership roles at Carrefour Supermarchés from 1993 to 2005, including DRH France. Earlier in Thierry's career, roles included DRH Centre Nord St Denis at NMPP (1990-1993) and Responsable formation et communication interne at SAGEM (1986-1990). Thierry's educational background includes studies at INSEAD and Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, as well as a degree in electronic engineering from ESME, école d'ingénieurs généraliste.
