Prior roles include leading internal audit and investigations for the Asia-Pacific region at Delphi Technologies and holding senior management positions at HARMAN International and Giti Tire. Michael's experience spans over a decade in various audit roles, including a managerial position at Deloitte and senior auditor and associate auditor roles at PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong. Michael holds an MBA from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai University. Michael holds multiple professional certifications, including CPA, CIA, CFE, CIMA, and CISA.
