Michael Zhang

Michael Zhang is a seasoned professional in internal audit and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Group Internal Audit and Compliance at JCET Group Co., Ltd. since September 2020. Prior roles include leading internal audit and investigations for the Asia-Pacific region at Delphi Technologies and holding senior management positions at HARMAN International and Giti Tire. Michael's experience spans over a decade in various audit roles, including a managerial position at Deloitte and senior auditor and associate auditor roles at PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong. Michael holds an MBA from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai University. Michael holds multiple professional certifications, including CPA, CIA, CFE, CIMA, and CISA.
