Stefanie van der Sman

Stefanie van der Sman currently serves as the Chair and Vice Chair of JCI Nederland since January 2023 and is the owner of Tess People & Finance, a company focused on assisting SMEs with internal organizational challenges to enhance their growth and ambitions. With experience as a member of JCI Kennemerland since October 2019, Stefanie previously held positions such as HR & Finance Manager at CTVrede-Steinweg B.V. from March 2014 to June 2023, and Secretary General of JCI The Netherlands in 2021. Earlier career roles include HR Consultant and Project Leader ERP at Simadan, and positions at KLM Catering Services, Koninklijke Verkade nv, and Manpower uitzendorganisatie. Stefanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration from Inholland University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 2007, along with a secondary education from Visser ’t Hooft Lyceum.
