Bert de Vries

Bert de Vries is the Managing Director at JCL Logistics, a position held since 2017, after serving as Director of Road and Contract Logistics at the same company from 2008 to 2016. With a rich background in logistics, Bert previously held roles such as Business Unit Director at XPO Logistics and Project Manager at Districon, among others. Bert earned a Master’s Degree in Transport and Distribution Management from the University of Humberside and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Business Management from Hanzehogeschool Groningen. Early in their career, Bert coordinated planning and managed projects at Wegener Media from 1995 to 1999.
