Shenece Johns

Shenece Johns is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion as well as organizational capability. Currently serving as the Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion at JCPenney, Shenece previously held the position of Director, Talent & Organizational Capability, Global Diversity & Inclusion at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Inc. Shenece's background also includes significant roles at Alcon Laboratories, Inc., where leadership was demonstrated in global change management and organization design. Earlier career experiences include serving as Senior Manager Human Capital at Deloitte and Manager of Human and Organization Performance at Accenture. Shenece holds a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from Peabody College, Vanderbilt University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Austin Peay State University.
