Jamie W.

Jamie W. has extensive work experience in the recruitment industry. Jamie began their career in 2004 at Eames Consulting Group, where they managed the Eames Risk brand, specializing in providing risk management and compliance professionals to the financial services sector. In 2007, they founded JCW and became its CEO, overseeing its strategic management and growth. Jamie also served as the CEO of Catalyst Life Sciences, a JCW Company, starting in 2012, and as the CEO of Cybernetic Search, a JCW Company, starting in 2017. Additionally, Jamie is currently the Group CEO of JCW Group, which consists of JCW, Cybernetic Search, and Catalyst Life Sciences. Jamie has also taken on various investor roles in companies such as Guideline, Xander Talent, and OutScout. In 2021, Jamie joined Search Capital as a Principal.
