Chandler Bengtson

Chandler Bengtson has extensive work experience in the recruitment and talent services industry. Chandler has held various roles at JCW and JCW Group since 2019. Currently, Chandler works as a Senior Consultant - Compliance Team Lead at JCW, where they are responsible for establishing and developing compliance and financial crime services within the US financial and professional services sector. In this role, they manage the full recruitment process and specializes in supplying mid to senior-level professionals in the compliance and financial crime disciplines. Prior to this, Chandler held roles as a Consultant and Associate Consultant at JCW. At JCW Group, they served as a Senior Consultant, contributing to talent services and helping organizations worldwide build and grow highly skilled teams.

Chandler Bengtson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Columbia University, completing the program between 2015 and 2019.
